  • At the 1978 Electric Furnace Flue Gas Purification Exchange Conference held in Shanghai in 1978 by the First Design Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, this dust collector was highly evaluated. At present, it has been gradually used in the factories of machinery, metallurgy, electric power and other departments.     The ZC-Ⅱ rotary reverse blow flat bag dust collector produced by our factory is the Design Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The design institute and other units have successfully developed a new type of advanced bag filter, which has been proven in operation for many years. The filter has the advantages of low maintenance, simple maintenance and reliable operation. It is suitable for the process recovery and dust removal and purification of fine dust, and the emission concentration can be far below the regulations.

    1. Structure and working principle:
    It consists of the following four parts: (see the basic structure diagram 1 for details)
    1. Upper box: It includes the dust collector cover, the rotary cover removal device, the clean room, the bag changing hole, the observation hole, and the air outlet.
    2. Middle box: Including flower plate, filter bag, filter bag frame, filter bag guide, filter chamber body, air inlet, and entrance door.
    3. Lower box: including positioning support frame, ash bucket, star-shaped ash discharge valve, and support.
    4. Anti-air blowing and dust cleaning mechanism: including spiral arms, nozzles, split-back blowing mechanisms, circulating air pipes, anti-blowing tubes, anti-blowing machines, and rotary-arm deceleration mechanisms.
    The anti-blowing arm is driven by a reducer placed on the top cover. The anti-blower is installed on the floor. It is connected to the rotary arm through a central pipe.
    The star-shaped ash unloading valve, reduction gear and motor, reverse blower, rotary arm deceleration mechanism and circulating air pipeline are all supporting components. Platforms and ladders can be assigned according to user requirements. They are not shown in the serialized assembly drawings. They and the foundation of the blower and the circulating air pipeline should be designed and installed according to the specific conditions of the site.
    working principle:
    Filtering conditions—Dust-containing airflow enters the upper space of the filter room from the tangential direction, because the inlet is a volute type. Large particles and condensed dust particles fall off the ash bucket along the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force. Small particles of dust are scattered in the space between the bags of the filter chamber and are retained by the filter bags. Adhered to the outer layer of the filter bag, the purified air passes through the filter wall and is collected in the clean room through the filter bag guide on the flower plate. It is sucked out by the ventilator and discharged into the atmosphere.
    Working conditions—With the progress of filtering conditions, the dust retention is gradually thickened and the resistance of the filter bag is gradually increasing. When the upper limit of the resistance of the anti-blowing control is reached, the anti-blowing machine can be manually turned on as required, or the anti-blowing machine and the anti-blowing rotary arm transmission mechanism can be automatically started by the differential pressure transmitter to perform back blowing. Automatic control devices can also be provided by our company. The anti-blow air flow with sufficient momentum is blown into the filter bag guide port by the spiral arm nozzle, blocking the filter air flow and changing the pressure conditions in the bag, causing the filter bag to substantially shake and shake off the accumulated dust. The spiral arms blow back one by one. When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the anti-blowing mechanism is manually closed or automatically stopped. In order to save the power of the anti-blowing machine and reduce the amount of anti-blowing, three or four circles (ie, 144ZC—Ⅱ 20ZC—type) of bag dust collectors are equipped with separate circles The backflush mechanism enables backflushing only one filter bag at a time.

      6. After several designs of this equipment, the inlet concentration does not have to be limited to 15 g / m3. It is not necessary to add a cyclone dust collector even at 150 g / m3. This equipment has the function of cyclone dust collector, but there is no resistance of cyclone dust collector. Although this equipment increases costs, the selling price will not increase.
      7. Except in severe cold areas, the dust collector can be installed outdoors and in the open air, and there is no need to build a dust collector room.
      Third, performance and selection instructions:

      2.Selection of filtering wind speed:
      For high filtration temperature (80T≤120 ℃). High-concentration, fine-grained dust-containing gas is recommended to operate at a low-grade load, using a filtering wind speed of V = 1.0-1.5 meters, and selecting A type specifications.
      For filtering normal temperature (t≤80 ℃), low-concentration, coarse-grained dust-containing gas, it is recommended to operate according to the load, using a filtering wind speed V = 2.0-2.5 m / min, and selecting type B specifications.
      3. Working resistance: The no-load running resistance at normal temperature is 30-40 mm water column, and the control range of load running resistance should be compatible with the selected filtering wind speed. For low-grade operating conditions, the working resistance is 80-130 mm water column. For operating conditions, the working resistance is 110-160 mm water column.

      5. Inlet temperature:
      The material of the filter bag is "208" industrial polyester flannel. When designing and selecting according to its thermal performance (temperature resistance 150 ℃), it is recommended to stabilize the high temperature flue gas inlet temperature not to exceed 120 ° C, and occasionally unstable (higher than 5 minutes) high temperature flue gas; dust on the filter bag Under conditions, the inlet temperature is allowed to relax to 150 ° C.
      6. Filter bag life:
      The normal service life is not less than 1 year.
      7. Explosion protection measures:
      When used in explosive gas occasions, the box and the top cover of the dust collector shall be provided with a flip-type explosion-proof door, and oblique pin fasteners shall be added between the top cover and the clean room. The selection shall be explained.
      Fourth, the selection of supporting parts:
      1 Anti-hair dryer:
      The parameters of the back blower are related to the connection of the back blow line.
      If atmospheric wind is used to blow back, the suction port of the anti-air blower communicates with the atmosphere. At this time, the negative pressure of the clean room is also the anti-blowing head, but the amount of anti-blowing becomes a leaking factor of the system, reducing the effective dust-collecting air volume, and prone to dew condensation under high temperature conditions.
      If circulating air is used for reverse blowing, that is, the suction port of the reverse blower is in communication with the clean room, then the reverse blower system forms its own circuit, which eliminates the air leakage factor and the risk of condensation, but the negative pressure of the clean room cannot be used. The selected fan wind pressure is The back blower actually requires an indenter.
      From the perspective of operational reliability, a circulating anti-blowing method is recommended. Based on this, the anti-hair dryer is selected as listed in Schedule 1. Install the closed oblique plug valve made according to the HVAC T305 diagram on the inlet pipe of the reverse blower.       2Swing arm transmission mechanism:
      The rotation speed of the swing arm should be selected strictly according to the parameters in the table. It is recommended to use XLED or BLED planetary cycloid reducer. It can also be equipped with other reduction gears on the premise of meeting the required output shaft speed and torque according to the local product supply.
      3 Ash unloading device:
      The lower end of the ash bucket uses a star valve, and the dust collector with one or two filter bags is equipped with a Φ300YJD-B discharge device. Φ400YJD-B discharge device is used for the dust collector with three or four circles of filter bags.
      4 Anti-blowing automatic control scheme:
      Adopts constant resistance control method, using dust collector resistance as a signal to control the automatic opening and closing of the anti-blowing mechanism. The pressure taking pipe is set on the air inlet and air outlet of the dust collector. Pressure-receiving device—differential pressure transmission—electric control device—rotary arm rotating mechanism XLED (BLED) type reducer automatic control device is “ZC-DKB” type electric control screen, please refer to special instructions for details. For occasions of intermittent work, U-type pressure gauge 0-300 mm can also be used to manually control the anti-blowing work or use timing control.

      6. Equipment installation and commissioning:
      1. Sealing packing should be inserted between the flanges of the ash filter chamber barrel and the clean room to tighten the bolts to prevent air leakage. 2. Each entry door, explosion-proof door, observation hole, etc. should have rubber strips to ensure its tightness. 3. Sealing padding should be embedded between the flower plate and the bracket, and between the bracket and the ring, then tighten and adjust the bolts so that the plane of the flower plate is parallel to the anti-air blower of the arm and a distance of 62mm is guaranteed. 4. The trapezoidal hole of the flower plate should be perpendicular to the corresponding positioning ring on the lower bracket to prevent the upper port from leaking when it is put into the filter bag frame. 5. When installing the anti-blowing rotary arm transmission mechanism, please pay attention to the vertical direction. The plane of rotation of the rotary arm is parallel to the upper plane of the frame guide port and a distance of 2-4mm is maintained. The rotation should be flexible, the tuyere turning device and the impact head are properly positioned, and the turning is correct and flexible. 6. Put a filter bag on the outside of the filter bag frame (the fluff is facing in), and tie the bag mouth and the guide port with a strip to prevent air leakage, and then carefully insert it into the flower plate (be careful not to scratch or scratch the filter bag). The ash accumulated in the ash bucket should be cleaned regularly and not excessive. 4. The anti-blowing automatic control system should be checked regularly to prevent malfunction. 5. Periodically stop and inspect each filter bag. If it is found that the filter bag is damaged, replace the filter bag in time. 6. Dust collectors working outdoors should be regularly shoveled to prevent rusting. 7. Always pay attention to whether the dust is discharged from the exhaust pipe. If ash is found, the cause should be checked in time to eliminate it. 8. When inspecting the upper clean room of the dust collector, shut down, cut off the power, pay attention, and have two people operate at the same time to prevent the fan from starting, the inlet door being sucked closed or the swing arm turned, resulting in accidents.
      Ordering instructions:
      1. When ordering, according to this manual, list the model and full name as required. 2.
