The resistance is also different; the filtering area of the dust collector is different, the filtering wind speed is different, and the running resistance is different. In short, the lower the air velocity, the less resistance is generated.
(2) Resistance caused by cleaning the filter bag. Bag type dust collector is a kind of dust removal equipment that uses porous bag-shaped filter elements to capture dust from dust-containing gas. The dust-containing gas needs to pass through the micropores of the filter bag. The gas in different pores passes through the micropores. The speed is different, the resistance generated by the new filter bag is generally 50 ~ 200Pa.
(3) Resistance caused by the dust layer accumulated on the filter bag. When the dust-containing gas passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked on the surface of the filter material and overlaps with each other to form a dust layer. The dust layer is an important component of the resistance generated by the dust collector. The resistance generated by different dust layers can reach 500 ~ 2500Pa. . Therefore, the quality of the dust removal effect has an important impact on the running resistance of the dust collector.
