In the normal work of the stand-alone dust collector equipment, comprehensive maintenance and correct use must be done. In order to ensure a reasonable working process, the daily maintenance of the dust removal equipment should be done well. Specific considerations are as follows:
1. Regularly check the process parameters, such as the flue gas volume, temperature, concentration, etc., if any abnormality is found, find the cause in time and repair and adjust it.
2. Maintenance personnel should master the adjustment, and maintenance methods of the principle, performance and use conditions of the dust collector.
3. When starting up, you should first connect the compressed air to the air storage tank, connect the control power, and start the ash discharge device. If there are other equipment in the system, the downstream equipment should be started first.
4. After the process system is stopped, the dust collector and exhaust fan should be kept working for a period of time to remove moisture and dust in the dust removal equipment. Note that when the dust collector stops working, repeatedly clean the dust collector (manually available) Remove the dust from the filter bag to prevent the bag from being affected by moisture.
