When the dust-containing gas passes through the "S" -shaped channel between the upper and lower blades at a speed of 18 to 35 meters per second, a large number of water splashes are aroused, and the water and gas are fully contacted, and most of the fine dust concrete is in the water , So that the dust-containing gas can be fully purified. After passing through the "S" -shaped channel, the water that obtained the dust particles returned to the funnel due to the centrifugal force. After the other body is purified, the water droplets are removed by the water-repellent outdoor deflector, and the dust is discharged through the air outlet and the ventilator, and the mud is regularly discharged by the discharge valve of the funnel. Fresh water is replenished by the water supply pipeline. The water level in the unit is controlled by the overflow box. When the water level is higher than the overflow weir, water flows into the water seal and is discharged by the overflow pipe. The automatic water level control device pumped on the overflow tank can ensure that the water level changes within the range of 3-5 mm, thereby ensuring the unit's stable rate and saving water. The upper part of the overflow box is connected with the net gas mist chamber with a vent pipe, so that the two have the same height water surface.
