In this way, ash particles and water droplets collide and condense, especially the fine dust particles can be dissolved by water mist. These are fully prepared for the separation of the ash materials, and then enter the cylinder. Water enters the cylinder from the water injection tank on the upper part of the dust collector, so that a water film is formed from the top to the bottom of the inner wall of the cylinder. The flue gas enters tangentially from the lower part of the cylinder and rises in the cylinder. Always friction with the water film on the inner surface of the cylinder, so that the dust-containing gas is wetted by the water film, and the dust particles flow with the water to the bottom of the dust collector. After the dust is removed, the waste water is discharged into the sedimentation tank through the bottom overflow hole, and the sedimentation is neutralized and recycled. The purified gas is led out through the upper cone part of the cylinder to achieve the purpose of dust removal. If alkaline water is added to the circulation pool of the dust removal equipment, the effect of the desulfurization dust collector can be achieved.
The dust collector skeleton is mainly composed of Venturi, the main cylinder, the upper water injection tank, the lower overflow hole, and the cleaning hole.

1. The inner diameter of the ring is better. It should be able to block the fine round steel of the cage and not let it out.

Dust removal method at the bottom of the dust collector frame filter bag:
1. Gas cleaning: Gas cleaning is carried out by means of high-pressure gas or external air blowback filter bag to collect dust on the filter bag. Gas cleaning includes pulse spray cleaning, anti-blowing cleaning and anti-suction cleaning.
2. Mechanical vibration cleaning: Dividing the top vibration cleaning and the middle vibration cleaning, the mechanical vibration equipment periodically vibrates the rows of filter bags in turn to collect the dust on the filter bags.
The dust accumulation at the bottom of the filter bag caused by the dust collector's frame needs to be dealt with in a timely manner to ensure that it can fully play its role in the industry, avoid damage to the dust collector's frame, and ensure that good performance and value continue to be generated in the dust removal.
